During his bucket list, Mister Molson’s portrait was painted by a local artist named Michele. She continues to do events for dog related causes throughout the community. We recently attended one of her “paint your pet” nights.
When we arrived she had a canvas all set up for us and the kids dove right it.
The kids worked together on their own portrait of Mister Molson. They were doing amazing work and I was impressed by how quickly they caught on. I jumped in once to help with an ear, even though I have no more experience than them.
It was really fun to see it all come together. The kids were all smiles.
Kristi and her son were there painting their own pets and sharing in our memories of Mister Molson.
I think they did pretty good and will proudly hang this painting in our house.
